I'm just trying to work out how many calories in a triple fruit smoothie with 2 tablespoons of yoghurt and I think it works out about 500 to be honest because it's about 500 mls of smoothie but the water in the watermelon is what really bulked it up and I only put two tablespoons of Greek yoghurt in it with half a mango and one apple. On the NHS I worked out I can have 16 0 0 to 23 0 0 at the top end of calories a day. So I'm going to try and stay around the 1600 Mark so Ive got 1100 left and I'm planning on having a coleslaw for lunch with a small square maybe 50 grams of cheese 300cal because I can't eat processed ham and things and for dinner I'm going to have a piece of fish poached in the oven in milk with a little bit of dill, with a side green salad with vinaigrette 400cal. And I have a banana and an oat bar and a Pink Lady apple 250 cal. So I think I've got it right I feel that my daily diet plan, I just hope it doesn't leave me feeling hungry all this healthy food! Lol and as you can see in the background I've made smoothie picture I've got plenty of movement to get on with all those dishes I've got to do now. And I think I'll mop the floor too.
Half a litre of watermelon smoothie is... - Weight Loss Support
Half a litre of watermelon smoothie is very filling.
Menu sounds lovely - why don't you join in in the Daily diaries, they can be found in Events and are posted late after noon / early evening for the following day and then replies are turned off at 10pm - but the next days Daily Diary is already posted
It's quite good to start planning, isn't it? You feel a bit more in charge
If you do feel hungry Joggyjade there is leeway in your calorie allowance up to 2300 cals to eat more, and you should still lose weight. Some people find it is better to start at the top end of the calorie range as you will still lose weight but not be hungry. As you lose weight you can reduce intake slightly. If you start off too low too soon it may be difficult to then lower intake further without starving yourself.
Love the look of your smoothie, bet it tastes good! Best wishes EJ
To tell you the truth nanny EJ I've been so flat out all day that I didn't have have a chance to feel hungry I'm a volunteer for the Salvation Army and just before Christmas they are so busy at every shop gathering donations from everybody out Christmas shopping for the poorer people and children and homeless to give them a better Christmas dinner next week. And to think that I thought it was going to be hard to get through this week what I've actually done is booked my calendar up with so much voluntary work that I don't have time to party and pig out! I didn't really plan it that way Its just worked out like that, but then god is so good in sneaky ways you know!🌻
