After doing intermittent fasting for the five days during the week, I am going to have the weekend off from intermittent fasting and eat carefully but increase my exercise. I might just go on the treadmill ! I haven't really exercised much as an adult mainly because work tires me out and I have RA which sometimes can be an issue. I'm going to give exercise a go though and if there's no weight loss this week I will be disappointed !
