Week 2 is the couch to 5 k which was to be my challenge for 2018 as in 2017 I joined walk1000miles2017 and completed that challenge already so I'll start that early now I guess. But yesterday I was given a bounce it trampoline its such fun and this is going to be a new addition to my exercise program this week as well. What does everyone else do for exercise?

Dance!!! No matter how I feel every morning I put on a 70’s/80’s disco mix playlist and stretch, march, wiggle and just go for it! Then I’m awake enough to cycle/walk or do some yoga 😊
Trampolining sounds fun, go you debth 😊
I am on week 5 of C25K. Enjoying the feeling that I have managed to complete all the runs until now - but it is getting serious and scary!
Bouncing sounds like fun.

I like swimming. I don't do hot and sweaty or anything requiring too much in the way of bouncing (my chest already has a tendency to do too much bouncing! ). I may be all wet at the end of my swim, but at least I'm not sweaty!
It also doesn't put too much pressure on my joints as I have a slightly dodgy knee. It's not too bad, just sprained it twice one year and it's never been the same since. I figure it's better to keep it from being a problem than cause more damage.
