Hi guys been cutting down to 2000 call a day plus exercising 5 days per week, the scales playing mind games, I'm afraid I'm doing something wrong, I am still quite big been at it now 3 months can see a change but it's those scales!

There is too much focus on the scales. Though we talk about weight loss, all we want to achieve if fat loss.
If you can tell in the mirror or in how your clothes fit, then you have lost fat. Invest in a tape measure, and record your waist. If that doesn't move, then you need to rethink your approach. If it moves in the right direction, then you are losing fat and you can ignore the scales.
