I use my Fitbit app as it can scan food labels and gives you cals for each food.

I use the lose it! App which I find works well you can scan a barcode or add in your own item if it’s not already in the data base. It also breaks down your daily intake by carb protein and fat - which I don’t really use but it is interesting. Generally it’s quite a simple app though which is mainly why I use it.
