So I need a new diet. I eat a lot a day. And I’m not sure how much I weigh. But I want to be slimmer, my doctor told me I’m overweight. That’s all I know. Any tips on losing weight? I started drinking Lemom, Honey and warm water just today. But I need a diet to control my self. I’m thinking about going on a long walk and short walk every 1-2 days.

Diet and weight
Hi, I started by cutting down sugar and salt intake and trying to be more productive, making sure that I don't be sat down for long periods. I've lost about 3 kg so far. Black coffee and green tea have helped me boost my metabolism, maybe that's something you can look into? If you boost your metabolism you'll burn more calories. Hope this can be of help.

Did your doctor not give you any advice about what you should, or shouldn't be eating? I'm afraid honey is just the same as sugar to your body and isn't recommended for weight control.
At 17, your body is still developing, so you shouldn't be looking to start a diet (nobody should), your aim should be to reduce, or eliminate the amount of processed foods you eat and stick to eating real food, prepared from scratch. This should help you with your choices healthunlocked.com/api/redi...
