Hello anja8 and welcome to this Forum!

Well done for giving your figures but it will be better for you if you can copy&paste them in Sunday's Weigh In page ,- check the link in the Pinned Post section I'll give you presently

People adopt a mix of approaches on here which you will see as you explore this site. We strongly recommend new members make use of one of our Weekly Weigh In pages and the Daily Diary posts. You will find these via this link following which takes you to our Pinned Posts section. There you will find a Welcome message, general advice (eg: internet safety)and guide to our site plus links to a range of groups which we hope will interest you as well as the key Weigh In and Daily Diary pages.....

....it can take a bit to learn how to find one's way around so please read the material carefully and also note, don't use the HU App, it is much easier to use the website.

As explained above, we recommend that members join a Weekly Weigh-In, on the day of your choice, and also use the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans and get useful feedback. They are found under Pinned Posts (go back to the link I gave you above)

A special feature of our Forum is the degree of support between members which you will experience (and add to yourself !) as you join in and chat with others.

All the best on your weight-loss journey ! 😊

No, you've posted on the main forum page.

You need to go to the weigh in post (in Pinned Posts), DON'T click on Write. If you have to fill in a format and write a title (like Hopeful this time) you are creating a new post, not joining an existing one.

Go to the Sunday Super Slimmers post. Click on the title. Read the opening post which explains everything. Scroll through, reading what others have written and give a supportive reply to at least three. Then add your details in the box saying Reply to Meow3.

Hope this is clear. If you keep that first paragraph in mind, you'll get there :)

Hello, I'm a newbie last Wednesday, I wasn't sure of the correct way to record either. If this is your first day I think you'll be a super Sunday slimmer or something similar you'll check in with your peers every Sunday but we're all here for you regardless. I'm a Wobble Wednesday Warrior! 😂 Have a great week

How's your first week going fellow Wobbler? :-) x

Good but not great, just accept the cake and cookies for what they were. Seem incredibly thirsty, 3 litres of water seems about right! Still on track for a good first week.

You've still got 3 days left before weigh in, dig deep hun! :-) x

Hi anja8 .

It is good to increment your weight loss into mini goals, as you also did. Every goal, whether mini or overall, should be realistic and personalized. So that you don’t give up and quit.

The average weight loss on this forum is 0.32 kg per week. Until 24/07, we have almost seven weeks. Rounding up to 7 weeks, it’s 2.24kg which is 0.35 stone. If you aim to lose three times as much as others (1 stone), make sure you do it with a solid plan. A health care professional can advise you how to.

I hope this helps.
