I can't tell what it is and I don't know how it fits into your eating plan, with whatever else you've had today. You'll get helpful comments if you post on the Daily Diary, state what your plan is e.g. calorie counting and include all your meals for the day.

Great that you've avoided chips or potatoes with your meal, but it would be much better to choose a plain chicken portion without breadcrumb or batter. Simply rub the chicken with a little olive oil and bake in the oven (with a sprinkle of spice if you like more flavour) . As well as being better for your health, the calorie saving is well worth it.
