What’s this weigh in malarkey then? Do I need scales as I threw mine out the window last year or can I use a suitcase weigh hook and impale myself on it somehow?

Oh dear, we wouldn't want you to impale yourself, but if you do manage to get yourself weighed, you can join a weekly weigh in and obtain a weight loss badge, theyre great fun, encouragement and support! :-) x

LOL ! You've got one, it's to the right of your name in grey and says 2020 June but that will change to the amount of weight you've lost! :-) x

A weekly weigh in is a good way to track your progress .......but far more importantly it’s about being part of a team cheering each other on, helping eachother through the difficult bit and celebrating successes. How you judge that success is up to you - so if you’d like to do something like record your measurements at the start of each month, then that would be good too. You could see yourself shrinking!! Some people use a public scale in a gym , sports centre, boots the chemist, doc surgery etc. - just remember to do it at the same time of day each weigh in, and wearing roughly the same clothes. There’s a weekly weigh in group for each day of the week, so firstly choose what day will suit you best. Then look for the weigh in thread - tomorrow’s will be called ‘weigh in for Monday 8th June’ - then just click reply and write a hello and your starting stats. Take a few moments to respond to other people who have also posted on that day - you’ll see the same people each week, you are there to help and support eachother.
