to my amazement, i followed every advice sent in responses and shifted 5lb or more that week, like a build up of fat just waiting to be flushed out at the right time while it was loosening up....

now its birthday party time and i really needed to keep that previous continuity, but look , not having a party means being anti social...but don't panic....

STOP NOW NO MORE TREATS

plan of action ,,,,don't weigh myself as i know i put on what i lost, just start tomorrow clean slate,what i put back on is loosening up and will come off sooner then get back on this zero points thing i'm doing and fill up on veg thing , hopefully the next 5lb will shift off by the end of june, i given myself lots of time to achieve that goal...LOOKING FORWARDS STARTING FROM TODAY
