Hello every1, im so weak. I started yesterday, it was good. All day healthy food, felt so good. Today until lunch was ok then I end up eating cakes and ordered take away (burger and chips). When I'm eating I feel so good, wish my food never ends. But straight after I feel horrible, again fat, ugly, depressed and guilty 😢 I cant stop thinking abt food. Even when I eat Im still thinking abt food. Jesus whats going on with me. I need help😪

The other thing I'm thinking about is to make sure there's plenty of healthy fats in your meals, it helps take the cravings away x
I dont know, I think there's something wrong with me. While eating im thinking abt food, thats wrong. I really wanna do something abt it but there's always failure after failure 😕 x

I think you should take yourself along to the Daily Diary, it can be found in Pinned Posts or Events. Come and share your menu and we can help you. If you are eating a lot of carbs, they are just going to make you even more hungry. They will not fill you up, in fact they just make you crave more.
I would advise you to read this carefully and then think again about what you are eating

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with you at all for feeling like that! My first week calorie counting was awful, I’m so used to using food to reward and cheer myself up it was literally all I could think about. This week by comparison has been so much better I joined the weigh in onSunday for the first time and have been doing my daily diary entries and it honestly really does help. The support on here is such a great motivator.
Other things I’ve found helpful are prepping a few veggies for snacks the night before and drinking lots of water or low cal things like iced fruit tea or sparkling water.
