I’ve been trying to lose weight for years & it’s not happening. I love all food and especially stuff that is not diet friendly. Im astonished that I’m so heavy and my waist so big - I totally blame leggings and stretchy jeans for that.
Anyway I’m really going to try at this - it seems a good calorie amount per day.
Today is my brothers birthday though and I’ve not seen him since February so I’m heading to his garden as I am allowed to travel 5 miles!! Cake will be eaten there’s no point in lying about that. 😊

Croeso, this is a great site for support, I had put off losing weight for years but bit the bullet 2 years ago and have been an active member ever since which has really helped me stay focussed and on track.
