Waitrose Mango

So on the left is mango from the bigger pack while the right is mango from the smaller pack. Both from Waitrose, although left was ordered through Ocado while right I bought at Waitrose yesterday. You can clearly see the difference. The left is yellow and looks like pineapple or apple and is dry. The right is orange and visibly wet. When I was at Waitrose yesterday the bigger packs also looked exactly like the one on the left. Seems odd that it's like this? So I bought 3 small packs instead of 1 or 2 big ones. It's so juicy and "slimy" which sounds gross but its super nice.

Was it cheaper to buy it like this than to just buy a whole mango?

Well the small pack (280g) is £3. According to their website a whole mango is £1.50, £2, £.50 or £3 depending on type but I don't know how big mangos are lol.

I bet you'd get more by buying the £3 one than the pack.

I buy frozen mango from Aldi. It is cheap and I always have some on hand. Half an hour or so defrosts it and tastes good.xx
