Just completed my first week with first weigh-in this morning. I’ve been recording what I consume each day and stupidly weighing myself each morning hoping for a miracle which didn’t happen. I’m sure everybody is familiar with that scenario.

However, this morning showed that I was down by 1.4 kilos and my waist has lost an inch! I’m delighted of course and was so surprised as I thought I hadn’t lost anything despite trying hard.

This result has given me the oomph to continue and just shows me that counting calories and keeping to a sensible amount really does work.

Good luck to everybody else out there cos it takes a lot of courage and confidence to lose that weight.

Keep at it!
