One of the things that has worked for me during this seven day challenge has been to talk myself through times of cravings and hunger. By doing it I have managed to talk myself into not slipping and sticking to the healthier route. It's common sense stuff and probably stuff people already know, but I have talked through what I do and the questions and answers I have when I talk to myself through hard times.
NB - if you talk to yourself out loud in the middle of ASDA, don't blame me for the weird looks!

This has made me think as yesterday I was so hungry for my lunch as I've been getting to work early so eat breakfast earlier
I went to the shop yesterday and bought a freddo frog but could have got fruit instead
Today I am taking fruit with me and leaving my breakfast until a more normal time
I have read about writing down your feelings when you feel like this or the tapping technique which frankly would be worse than talking to yourself in Asda! Thanks for this 😄 will try it today and as there aren't many people in work at present I can get away with it. We all talk to ourselves anyway!!
