Well what was going to be one day of going off track turned into 3 weeks of trying to get back on track. Ive done keto and intermittent fasting since 3/2/20 and done well but now finding it hard to stick to it again but today is the day the motivation restarts.
I can’t face the thought of regaining the weight I’ve already lost.
I’ve got weighed again today and I’m very relieved to say that in the 3 weeks, I’ve still lost 1.5 lbs so thankfully it appears to have evened itself out which is a surprised as some days when I got weighted it was showing a gain.
I missed my weigh in day yesterday with the Monday movers due to being on nights but I will catch up next Monday. Stay safe everyone xx
