Firstly Thank you all for your replies and support from my Arrrrgggg Post.
I cannot carry on like this during this lock-down as I have in the past week. I have done nothing but lounge watch TV and snack !!! Dread to think what possibly 3 month of this would result in.
1. Weigh in in the morning
2 Do my exercises.....on my tablet ready to go go go. ( I am an early riser so can do them in piece and quiet)
3. I have lots to get on with, crafts, knitting, garden, allotment and DIY.
4 Catch up on emails and correspondence.
5 the 100 things I have put off in the last year.
6. course work....only a little bit to complete been like that for a month.
Bring it on.......I can do this I CAN and WILL
stay safe all

I'm not even isolating but am finding it really hard to focus and stick to my diet! My weight us going up and I can't seem to control myself!
I love your list! It is exactly what would be on my list if I had one (may just nab yours now lol)...
I'm an early riser too! And do my exercises! And some course work. My garden is on my to do list when the weather is not so windy! And I wanna do a list for "100 things I put off last year" now! Lol
