So my college sells flapjacks which are very nice. and i have not touched them since i started my diet. I have been wondering if a flapjack is a good idea to have for a snack when i am working loads using alot of physical enegy in my course

There are no "good" or "bad" foods in themselves. It comes down to what you eat overall, throughout the day and week. It wouldn't be a great idea to have one every day because of the sugar content. One the days when you do have one, I suggest you avoid any other biscuits or cakes or any other sugary things.
If it were me, I would just say no, if youre serious about losing weight. Have an emergency snack pot in your bag so you dont feel deprived.For me, something like a flapjack awakens the sugar monster inside which says "MORE !" Having said that, I really want a flapjack now! No opportunity for one thankfully!
I have to agree with @Green26 there. Although flapjacks are theoretically fine as an occasional treat (I generally eat low-carb) I find that they're one of the few things I can't say "enough" to. Last time they were in range, I ate about six slices
Having said that, one of the big advantages of low-carb eating is that, in general, you feel no real desire to start on the sweet stuff, and that little binge was a complete one-off ...
