Being organised is helpful, particularly in terms of planning your meals, so that something you could work on. Have a look at the Daily Diary, where members post their meal plans for the day ahead and join in when you're ready. It doesn't matter if you don't have every detail at first but it should help you to have a more organised approach to your eating.
I also recommend joining a weekly weigh in - why not today? You'll find the weigh in, Diary, Welcome post and all our other activities in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... so I suggest you give yourself time today to explore what's on offer, then you can make the most of the forum

Well done for taking the first step. You have flipped a switch in your mind that says YES I can do something about it.
You clearly know the next step “Proper planning” 😃 I have found that if I put a chunk of time to one side and during that time, I am organising the week ahead.
I also find that being nice to yourself has helped a lot. Just look at how great you are. You have taken control and flipped that switch. Now you are going to spend the next 50 years being healthy and happy.
