Sometimes you have days that are long, tiring, but you still remain happy knowing that you are sticking to your journey and finally beginning to notice the declining stomach! Had a lovely treat of a tot of whisky tonight! All is good!

Hooe your day and your journey is making you as happy as mine is making me.

Thanks over61andstilltrying it's always encouraging from someone with a nickname like yours that it doesn't matter how old you are.

😂 A little background about my name. I began Couch to 5k when I was 61 as 61and trying, continued running and became 62. We are only allowed to change our names twice so I thought that over61andstilltrying would be suitably appropriate and last as my age increased. I am now 63. A year ago I joined Weight Loss NHS and was musing over a suitable name only to realise that my running name was used automatically. So now you know. I imagine there shall continue to be plenty in life to try at as the years roll by, soI'm hopeful that my name will stand the test of time.

With a name like Wordsworth, are you an English teacher?
