Just checking in. Feeling good, got weighed last Friday and stayed the same, a little disappointing and could of tipped me to eat lots a things I shouldn’t.
However after measuring id lost another two inches. This kept me going!
This week is a holiday from work week, getting in lots of steps walking and watching what I eat.
Then as I travel my journey I remeasure those areas. Some I’ve decreased an inch or two, others maybe half inch. Add all the lost inches together and there you have your total inch loss to date.
I hope any potential pause in the future won't derail you. There can be many reasons for no weight loss, even if it's just that we didn't eat so well that week Giving up isn't an option only a reason to try and work out why and come up with a plan (if necessary) to do something to help.
