When you say eat often how often is that? Say like I'm ready to eat 2 hrs after breakfast?

Whatever time you believe is reasonable and it will always depend on your day. For example the time you eat lunch space between lunch and dinner.

Breakfast - 7-9am

Snack - 11am

Lunch - 1300

Snack - 3-4pm always a smoothie for me

Dinner - 6-7pm

Snack only if I needed it

I never ate after 8pm unless it was an occasion eg birthday meal.

Yes it is difficult and I must stress that many people don’t have the opportunity as if you are working 9-5 depending on your job role you can only drink during breaks.

Water is allowed which is great, but I simply can't drink at work because can't have a toilet break whilst working. Unfortunately have a weak bladder, that's another story. But i could drink more water, when not at work.

I know where you are coming from. When I started to drink more water I was using the bathroom every hour easily however now my body has got used to it.

When I knew I would struggle to drink much water in the day, I ensured in the morning from when I woke until leaving the house I was drinking water.

It is hard and it always depends on our lifestyle. I have to work out at home I would not be able to make it to a gym to keep my fitness level up.

Yes whenever is right for you. It does not matter when you feel hungry it is more about what you consume and how you count your intake. The other day I had breakfast then fruits then nuts all before lunch.

As I don't work any more I do have an advantage I know and try and have water before my breakfast, mid-morning, before lunch. mid-afternoon and before supper.

That’s great. I also put slices of lemon in with my water in the morning but it’s not a must LC x
