Hi all when I lost weight before I measured myself and as well as losing pounds I was losing inches sometimes the scales don't reflect the inches you lose.
I have done the same again this time for me personally seeing the inches come off is a good feeling too and keeps me motivated ☺☺

Same here, there's nothing so good as fitting into something that was too tight😃
You are so right. The scales often don't show the changes in our shape.
I would recommend everyone starting to lose weight to measure, at least, their waist. I guess this goes for guys too (guys are more likely to loose weight overall I think? Someone please correct me with stats X )
The important thing to remember is, this can be done, it's not impossible, it's not rocket science, it's food science😆
I wish I'd measured my hips - I think I lost over 8 inches. I definitely lost 4 inches on my waist and I'm glad I measured that. I'm definitely pro-measuring - less frequently than weighing, say once a month. I used to save checking my measurements for those weeks when my weight had stayed the same or gone up - great boost to see the inches coming off in the meantime
