It's not a huge loss, but by cutting back most of the crap and taking a lunch with me rather than buying out, I've managed to lose 2lbs! Very happy. I'm going to Jersey at the beginning of March to visit my son and hoping I can get into some of my not-so-fat range!

Oh god I've posted in the wrong place haven't I! I searched all over for the Saturday weigh in as didn't finish work til late last night and too tired to formulate a sentence!
That’s a good healthy loss from what I’ve read about before. It’s best to lose only a couple of pound a week because then you’re more likely to keep it off.
