I’ve got quite a physical job and I am pretty active, my partner and myself also eat fairly healthy meals but I don't seem to have an ‘OFF’ button at night, just through habit. It can be anything from cereal, to fruit.
I have made excuse after excuse not to diet and it’s all caught up with me now. I’ve also received a partial knee replacement so I’ve got to be careful what exercises I try but I’m keen to see some big improvements this year as I’d love to be in better shape to get married.

Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum PortlyPlumber1970
Evening nibbling as a tough habit to break, but all habits can be changed with practice. Eating enough at mealtimes is really helpful, so please make sure you check out your calorie target on the NHS BMI checker. Also, not all calories are equal, eating enough fat is really helpful, and much better for helping with cravings than cereal bars and fruit. See here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
