Hi all, I have arrived here having known for a while I need to get a grip on my weight! I started couch to 5k 2 weeks ago and although hard is going well. I need to be more active and get fitter but need to get my weight off too. So want to be starting and staying in with this. By the time I finish this programme I should be able to run 5k! We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.

If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.
