These may help you phcuk.org/wp-content/upload... you'll need to adjust it to suit the type of food that you eat, but basically, you'll need to cut back the carbs - rice, chappatti, naan, poppadom, bhaji, samosa, etc. and replace them with vegetables that grow above ground.

The best exercise to do, is something that you enjoy and that you'll stick to. Exercise is essential for health and well-being, but plays a very small role in weight loss.
