My lonely weight loss heading in the wrong direction.
That is why I am looking for someone who will want to go for a walk, run (Currently, I slowly lupus than run, gyms or swimming pool.
In January I'm 27 birthday and do not want them to celebrate in tight trousers and a flat bum.

When checking the location of who lives near me you were top of the list! I would be more than happy to accompany you on brisk walks. Although I am not looking to lose weight at the moment - I have been there. However, I do walk lots for my own fitness and have recently started the C25K - couch to five kilometre programme to begin to jog. My aim is to take part in the Saturday Park Runs in Upton Park. Secretly I would like to become a "Running Sister" - but that can wait. It, is much easier to get up and moving if you can find like minded people to do it with. You may find these suggestions useful if you would prefer to "go it alone".
I have twice tried to make contact with the Walking for Health team at Slough via the walking for Health website
but got no reply! One assumes it no longer exists locally. On one of my walks recently I met a fantastic lady who runs and participates with Walking for Health groups in her area and I felt that is something I could do. Perhaps we could be the start of a team to promote walking - just a thought!
