it's really hard to reduce weight within 1 month of time. The more the better. I mean if you do this gradually then this will keep your body fitness well and no hamper. Even I did that for myself. However, I will to keep you updated about a good dies pills. Thanks!

Hello hybervicky and welcome.

Could you specify how much weight you would like to lose? If you're talking about maybe 6 or 8 pounds then that is possibly quite achievable within the space of a month.

As JohnDane557 points out, reducing weight really should be done at a sensible steady pace.

As ScoobaSteve points out it is not recommended but it is doable. The trick will be to have a plan for when you get there. Without one it can be the case that you'll not only regain what you've lost but possibly put even more on.

Do take the time to read the information that moreless has mentioned as it will give you a good grounding in the whys and wherefores.

Good luck!

Hi and welcome, hybervicky :)

Take a look at the Pinned posts section to the right of your screen (bottom if you're using a mobile), read the Welcome Newbie thread, then move through to the challenges, where we hope you'll find at least one that will appeal to you :)

Move down to the Topics, to find a variety of threads, collated into specific topics for ease of access and we ask that you also 'file' your own threads, so that others won't miss your important news :)

Take a look at the 12 week plan, as a lot of people have been successful with it, making sure to enter your details into the BMI calculator, to get a calorie allowance tailored to your personal requirements. Don't forget to take your starting measurements and a 'before' picture, as they can be very motivating on days that the scales refuse to co-operate :)

We run daily weigh-in's and you'd be very welcome to join us. The threads can always be found in the Events section, to the right of the home page, bottom on a mobile.

We've found that to get the best out of this community, we need to be active on the forum, as it's where we exchange information, get motivation and inspiration and make friends. We hope that you'll join us here, regularly, too :)

It's only left for me to wish you well on your journey :)

How much do you have to lose? If it's 8lb or less then it's probably achievable, If more then expect to work at it for longer, which is worth it in the end instead of trying to lose weight fast --> giving up and realising 1 year later you're still in the same situation!

I do not believe in diet pills

So you don't need to diet you just need to take these pills?

Sounds like a con to me!
