Just joined today, hoping for tips and help on how to get interested in regular exercise! My weight loss is going well but I need to do exercise and find it very difficult to get in to something I enjoy, I’ve tried everything, I’m happy exercising at home and have found some great YouTube videos to exercise to but I don’t stick at it. I’m almost 61 years old and need to keep active.

I haven’t really got on top of the exercise either but recognise that at 53 I need to give it some priority. I’ve signed up for a 5week beginners yoga class starting in January-so having paid in advance I hope will help the motivation!

Well done on making a good start. Exercise has many benefits but it doesn't play a huge part in wieght loss. For that, we need to make changes to what, and how, we eat. It's an extra challenge as we get older and this gives a good explanation of why that is healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
