How did this happen?

Friday I weighed in at 9 stone 1lb.

Saturday I weighted and actually hit my 9 stone target weight! Although Friday is my official weigh day so won't really count until then.

Sunday had a big Nandos meal and LOTS of chocolate cake with icing for my mum's birthday!

Monday/Tuesday - dare not weigh but expecting a gain this week.

Today (Wednesday) couldn't help "having a peek" ... And weight back to 9 stone!

And it's not even Friday yet!

I've found since I've lost weight - and got fitter - I don't seem to gain as much as I used to on a blow out day but still.. this is the quickest I've ever returned to normal! Or, technically a 1lb loss since last weigh day.

Amazing!

I wonder if my new exercising in the early cold mornings on an empty stomach are helping to burn excess calories quicker? Although research says cold doesn't amount to much of an extra burn?

I suspect that what you feel is a blow-out isn’t anything like the blow-out the old you would have had. You just won’t be able to eat like you used to. Plus you got straight back on track the next day 😊

Well done on excellent maintenance 😊👏👍

I give the puppy the credit!

It helps to "develop a small stomach and a "not sweet" tooth.

Great job between the new puppy ad new exercise routine you are finding a blend. You have been exercising with the pup in the house also thing are a changing. Mom's b'day set you back some but we must celebrate their treasured moments. Hold them close the weight will continue to drop off you have high goals.
