Had a party and girls night this weekend, and ate some stuff I know I shouldn't have but I've got to honest with myself and post this stuff too. On the plus side I found a fun way to exercise (old just dance videos on the TV) that I think I'll be able to stick to. Going to start going on long walks with my friends through out the week to, since starting I've reached over 12000 steps twice, when normally I would only achieve around 6000 a day.

Hi, as long as you enjoyed yourself do not worry, one pound comes off as easy as it goes on. I have been at S.W. for 6months I have lost nearly 2 stone. Life gets in the way sometimes weight goes up and down. I try not to eat too many snacks, cakes biscuits. If I have cravings I eat fruit, 25g choc, pretzels, so far so good. Good luck for future eating good food and enjoy a healthy life.
