This is my first posting. Every morning I wake up positive; going to make today the day I eat cleaner, go to the gym, drink less at night. By 3 pm all goes out the window and all I can think of is going home, grabbing a drink, which leads to bad food decisions. Today, before I leave work, I will use the positive chart and answer all the questions.
For mental and Heath reasons, I really need to change my mind set and lifestyle. I have so many that relay on me.

I would start by asking yourself why you think you are needing a drink when you get home. If it’s work related stress then deal with that. If you’re getting home over hungry that won’t help, and bigger breakfast & lunch might help. Only by looking closely at our behaviour, good and bad, can we make the necessary changes 😊

The other thing is planning. This evening, make your choice of what you'll be eating tomorrow and log it on tomorrow's Daily Diary. Have a chat with others there and see what they're eating. They'll all be happy to answer any questions
