Tell me about it! I'm 64 and I fight the pot belly every day since my 40s (was stick thin before then). D2 is rife throughout my family. It's a real concern. I eat (mostly) healthily, run 2 to 3 times a week, do aquafit and Pilates and yet still the tummy remains...
