Hi I'm just at the start of my weight loss so I was looking for some tips I find it very difficult to lose weight as I have an under active thyroid and fibromyalgia so that makes it hard for me to exercise just would like any tips to help

What we eat plays a far greater part in weight loss than does exercise, so don't worry too much about that, just do what you can: walking is great, and free
Your underactive thyroid will be more of a challenge and I recommend you join the Thyroid UK forum for the excellent knowledge and advice you will find there healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk Until your condition is optimally medicated, weight loss will be very difficult.

Hi, I don't do a huge amount of exercise but you can still lose weight without it, albeit slowly!

I also have an under active thyroid and my doctor told me that as my meds. are correct I would have no trouble losing weight. That was in March and I have lost 2st so far with S.W. Also it helped my breathing, as I was out of breath if I did anything strenuous like walking.
