Hi moreless

Fruit is to replace the cakes and biscuits,still eating hearty meals,need the energy,just about to leave for a slow 20 mile bike ride,been off riding for a month due to illness,only a chesty cold,nothing serious. Started here yesterday but cannot find where il put my start weight,which is 105kg,now on my way down. Have read most of the links,some very interesting,thanks for putting them up.
