Not sure what to do :(

Hi this is my first time on a “forum” also the first time ever sharing my weight to anyone other then close family and friends. Ive always been a yo yo dieter but recently after putting on 18lbs since March each time I kick start being healthy again I’m not loosing like I use to. Before now Ive lost 5-6lb in the first week just from cutting out all the rubbish but I just can’t seem to shift the scales. I thought I had done well this last week such as 3 meals a day yoghurt for snacking but it’s not changed so I’ve come here in the hope that if I record and can talk to others maybe I’ll be more determined. In March 2019 I went to Mexico weighing 10st13 today and for the past month Im weighing in at 12.3 nothing seems to change I can eat loads or eat little and there’s no change. Hope I can keep to this 12 week challenge and really get my act together as I feel so sluggish and down about myself. I’ve lost 4 stone before with a weigh loss group but it’s slowly creeping back on. Anyone else struggle and feel like it’s not gonna happen? Thanks for taking the time to read this x

Welcome to the forum. I was like you, just couldn’t seem to shift the weight. However finding this forum was the answer. There is no one path to follow and there is no judgement here , only support, consolation or congratulations, whatever is needed at any one time. Without it I would have given up as it took weeks for my scales to move but the advice and support here kept me going and I’ve achieved my goal . Check in every day, sing out when you need help and join in the activities. It’s fun apart from anything else😊. By the way, congratulations on owning your weight, it’s a major step admitting it and the first step on your journey. Good Luck👍
