Does anyone have much experience on a plant based diet? Any tips for keeping up energy levels?
With my recent diagnosis of MS I understand, although not proven, that following a plant based diet could really help my overall well being, and of course lose the extra timber I’m carrying, which is my main aim as a matter of urgency now.
I’ve been completely off the rails the last couple of weeks, and there has been a large consumption of alcohol 😳, but I have cleared out my cupboards of anything processed and have loads of fresh veg and fruit and fish in the fridge/cupboards.
I’m not particularly a heavy meat eater anyway so am going to stick to plant based and fish, which is what I enjoy. I am cutting all dairy too, again, this isn’t something I eat a lot of anyway so no big loss.
If anyone can give me any tips on this sort of eating plan, to stay satisfied and keeping up my energies, it would be much appreciated 😁😁
