@53 stuck at a weight loss plateau

In menopause I'm simply stuck at 90 kg. Past 1 year has been dedicated to cross this barrier but simply can not! 5 days a week gym, diet, what not! help required. Must lose 20 kg. I do not feel good. Gained 20 kg in past 5 years.

Truly appreciate your detailed guide. 2 years into menopause and I'm badly stuck. How long is this going to last?

We're all different, saadi26, on average symptoms last for about 4 years after your last period, but some people can experience them for a lot longer. Weight loss is more about choosing the right foods, than cutting down on quantities, as you'll see in the links I gave you.
