Think that is unheard of? Not for me... I can eat twice my weight in food, it seems. I am an emotional eater, and have just really been packing it in lately. If I am not eating like its my last meal, then I am dieting, trying to lose it again. It is a vicious cycle...and one that I decided yet again this morning it is time to break. Funny thing is.. I am not over weight, not really. I do have now..some fat rolls that I dont like, but I am a moderate size.
Treadmill time at 4 am this morning is my way of starting. Water water water!! I told my daughter to slap those banana nut muffins out of my hand that I made this weekend if she sees me eating more than a handful..lol. Seriously, I ate 12, YES 12 when I made them...all at once, within an hour or so. I need serious HELP. Someone please help me!
