If you type 'best exercises to tone flabby legs' into your search engine, you'll get lots of ideas, pictures and videos, Flossyflo55.

I found walking very good... but it depends on you, your age, fitness, athletic history etc.

I used to cycle 15,000 miles a year and do step-aerobics etc., and cycled 760 miles in 90 hours in 1995... but I since then I have been disabled for half a decade and four stone overweight - so I started with very gentle walking.

I've never really done any sort of formal exercise but I do walk a fair bit so it's good to know that helps thank you i would like to get a fitness bike but I have nowhere to put it!

I agree, walking is very beneficial, especially if you live somewhere hilly like I do. When I tense my legs I feel very proud of how toned they feel in places, although I am also highly aware of how much fat there is still, mostly around the top and my inner thighs are the worst

I really like it already it’s so helpful and empowering for me because it’s great to get in touch with others on similar journeys. And give support take support vice versa! I don’t normally exercise so I’m starting at doing push ups and press ups 5 sets of ten daily of sit ups and press ups equalling 50 each. And just do more walking. I need to tone my legs too squats are great for that and leg press at the gym but I rather work out at home. :)
