Sure, you will be able to see a difference - whether anyone else can probsbly depends on how much you need to tone and what effort you put in. Good luck

I've got to put a lot of effort in but I'm willing to, I just don't know what to do, I'm doing sit ups, occasionally squats, plank and push ups, is this enough? I'm willing to do it every day. I usually do it before bed so it makes me tired, how long would anyone suggest I do this for each day?

I don't know, I am not advanced at these things. Someone on here will know though!

I use you tube for all my exercise. If you are doing Hit exercises there are some great 25/20 minute workouts. I use pop sugar fitness

Hi Jack99 ,

There's a 10 minute toning exercise here, from the NHS Choices website, if you want to have a look:

Hi I like youtubes fitnessblender.. a whole range of exercises, and Kelli gives her story of weight loss (she's quite emotional). But it shows where she has come from to where she is now and she comes across as very well balanced. Not a lot of hype.

Wishing you success.

Thank you everyone, great advice!

OK, I have what is probably a stupid question now. How do you watch the you tube videos and do the exercise at the same time? Do you have you tv linked up, or watch on a tablet, as I don't think I'd be able to see that properly! We have on old tv so can't link it up!

I link my iPad to the TV, or watch, pause and copy
