Im not pregnant :0

Thanks Lytham yes definitely a kick in the right direction.... I try and rationalise saying well i do have a 1 yo 3 yo and 4yo so maybe im now just letting it all hangout gut wise but nope... Im just fat.. Hahaha. Aiming for a 3k loss before 3 aug when i go on hols. Then a further 5 kg loss by 16 Sep when i start a new work pattern and my middle one goes to nursery. Then my final 10kg phase begins....
Wow that certainly sounds like a good plan of action ! My mini goal is half a stone to take me into the 12s by 20th September and ive just turned down a Disaronno and coke ! Arghhh! We will get there hun ! x
You must have felt really miserable but if it’s made you look at yourself through someone else’s eyes then that’s a good thing. Use that feeling that you had in that moment to keep you focused. You’ve done it before so you know you can do it again. X
Such a difficult moment can be very motivating, I fell heavily last summer and sprained my ankle. My legs were really swelling in the heat and I knew that I was carrying too much weight. Today is the anniversary of that fall and I am now 2 stone lighter and my legs are not swelling in this year’s heat.It has been a long steady journey and now I am working on maintaining that weight loss, not easy. I wish you every success.
