Any tips for keeping focused over the weekend and to keep logging? I do really well in the week then the weekend I really struggle!
I choose to have more of my calories over the weekend to allow for some alcohol as I do enjoy having a drink but I must still to that figure any tips to stay focused?

I have a few extras over the weekend but I do still write everything down 😊. For the first few weeks I didn’t though as I wanted to get well and truly on my way. Alcohol in particular is a trigger for me ☹️
Why do you struggle at the weekend? What triggers you off??
Is it being in the house for more time than a week day (maybe because you are at work in the week and at home for the weekend?)
Is it because you get tempted to have a takeaway, or have a chocolate bar or bag of crisps / popcorn etc because this is a habit or a regular thing you are used to.
Is there a trigger such as one of the above or a reason why you think you struggle on a weekend?
