At last I think I have found a sensible way to lose weight and stay healthy. Having tried all the various commercial dieting groups, I initially lost weight but then got bored and put it back on again. The last straw for me was most recently when I tried the "Green Detox" 1 sip of this vile tasting concoction was enough for me to put in straight down the toilet. As I am a NHS secretary, I sit for most of the day typing up and taking calls from patients. I took a long hard look at myself and thought time to get sorted out for good. Being obese and working in a hospital is not a very good example to patients and visitors within the NHS. Hopefully I will make this work for me an change my lifestyle forever. Looking forward to reading your posts and perhaps contributing too.
