Day 1 Starting over

Hi ,I've done various diets over the years and have lost weight but when I've stopped I've gained more weight

I dont want to be tied to a way of life which will have me going to a slimming group all my life.I want to eat healthy and look at it from a different perspective.Not to say I'm on a diet but I follow a healthy lifestyle.

I'm 50 years of age my current weight is 13st 13lbs.I am 5ft 4in and my waist size is 37in.

I am going to do my very best and hope to get to a healthy weight and maintain a sensible approach to food.

Well here it begins !!!!!
