weight loss goal

for several years now I have had problems with dodgy feet - neither GP nor podiatrist have been able to diagnose the problem although they have ruled out the the usual suspects, gout plantar fasciitis etc I have decide that it is time to accept that if my feet had less weight to carry my condition would undoubtably improve

I meant to say that the elephant in the room is both literal and metaphorical and I intend reducing my current weight of 122kg to 110kg, initially to 118 then 115 then 112 - I intend to reach my first goal by the end of July

Hello, definatelynotjazz, and welcome to the forum 😊

Isn't it frustrating not to have an answer to your foot problem? But I'm sure you're right in that reducing the kilos can only help and your idea of setting mini-goals is a good one.

There's some information here about how reducing carbohydrates in your diet can help with inflammatory conditions so may be useful to you
