To day was my first day complete Nike pro training app program, I was so happy with myself and can’t wait to continue this road of fitness I’m on to loss weight and gain back confidence 🏃🏻♀️💪🏻

Recording the progress is good and helps me keep on track. I use the normal Google Fit app and also got me a 'cheap' heart rate monitor.
I don't like working out with my own body, because I am so heavy. When people say: "Do Push-Ups or do sit-ups", I am already demotivated.
Rather normal weights with many repeats and lots of cardio is more my thing. For example: Push-Ups would be 220 pounds for me, in the gym I use ~70 pounds for chest workout at the moment.
But I also just started about a month ago to go to the gym on a regular basis again.

Exercise is great for fitness and well-being, but it will be what you eat, or don't eat that will determine your weight loss most, so I hope you've found a diet that will be healthy and sustainable for you.
