The best advice I can give is have enough to eat. If you are following the NHS 12 Week plan then the 1400/1900 calorie target suggested is a just generic amount, please check your own personal calorie target using the BMI checker, it’s often higher than you think. We always advise starting towards the top of the range, being hungry is the biggest cause of weight loss failure.

Drink a pint of water before every meal and if your finding your hungry even after your meal another pint of water
Hi Mintymagnum (is your name your Achilles heel?) as a alternative viewpoint I would suggest reading up about “all calories are not equal” and instead of counting them, concentrate more on where your calories come from. Investigate LCHF to see if it would suit you.
1400 Cal's an average allowance have you checked your proper allowance on BMI checker and eat up to top end of it. Good luck
Im hungry to, so gona buy loads of fruit and salad at wkd to pick it...but way im looking at it...try and remember why we wanted to loose weight...for me...I want to look nice in summer dresses, instead of hiding in a sack and a cardy...little pickers wear big knickers....:):)..
