Hi
hi nicodeea, I am a newbie too and I understand your feeling. I haven't signed up for the gym as I might be able to afford it but I barly have time to go plus I can't motivate myself on working my way through the machines. I always did classes which I find way more fun as someone is there to tell you what to do, makes sure you do the right thing and motivates you plus you can make some new friends. another way for me is the 5K app which is recommended with the ncs health plan plus a few others where there is a voice to tell you what to do. I am not a runner myself as a) I hate it and b) is counterproductive with my ballet but I started the app and must say I enjoy getting out in the park and do it even though I only run 9 min at the moments.
don't get me wrong going to the gym is great but maybe find other activities to be active which motivate you more.
T xx
Hi, i did go to a personal trainer and did my program for me, I don't have the time for classes but i will like to go. And i will try yoga and pilates next week. I love outdoors and everytime when i have the time i am going with my bike and cycling. Staying indoors is a prison for me

Hello
Small steps are the answer, one thing at a time 😊 It's great you are already exercising, now you just need to tweak you daily calorie intake, just a few hundred less will make a difference, smaller portions or stopping sugary drinks for example 😊 Good luck! You can do it, lots of people have, loads of inspirational stories on here 😊
